For the first time, Vihti hosted livestreaming of the international Nordic Business Forum conference in the splendid setting of J-Club in Nummela on 27 and 28 September. Vihti Business and Economic Development Services provided the livestreaming free of charge to entrepreneurs from Vihti. Nordic Business Forum was held at the Helsinki Exhibition Centre, with around 6,600 participants from more than 50 countries in attendance.
The welcome words of the Vihti live stream event were delivered by Erkki Eerola, Mayor of Vihti. During breaks in the two-day conference, Vihti-based companies such as 20-year-old Globe Hope and Hawkhill Nature, now in its third generation, shared their inspiring stories and vision for the future at the J-Club. In between the presentations, we also heard about the Navigaattori joint development project between Luksia, Lohja and Vihti, and Paula Mäkelä, the event's moderator, gave a speech on the positive potential of entrepreneurship.
Event's coffee breaks were used for networking. During the day, we enjoyed yoghurt with delicious granola from Anne Nuutinen-Mäntylä's company Oh My Deli Oy and, of course, coffee and freshly baked buns.
Paula Mäkelä of Positive Potential hosted the Vihti livestreaming event professionally and with positive energy, inspiring the entrepreneurs. A big thank you, Paula!
The nearly 30 entrepreneurs from Vihti (and possibly one from Karkkila) who attended the event praised the opportunity to participate in Nordic Business Forum remotely from Nummela.
Encouraged by the feedback, Vihti Business will offer livestreaming of Nordic Business Forum again next year on 25-26 September 2024. Welcome!
